What is an AI scribe?
An AI scribe is an assistant that listens to the consultation (or your dictation) and automatically drafts the clinical note, so you do not have to write it yourself. LINA Transcript is LINA Health’s AI scribe.
Does LINA replace the clinician’s review?
No. LINA generates a draft that must be reviewed and approved by the healthcare professional.
Can I use LINA for dictation?
Yes. As well as recording a conversation, you can use the product to dictate clinical information directly.
Does LINA Transcript integrate with my electronic health record system?
With Free and Pro, you can copy or export the note as a PDF or Word document and paste it wherever you need it. With Enterprise, we offer direct integration with your organisation’s electronic health record, without manual steps.
Can I use my own templates?
Yes. You can create your own templates manually or ask AI to generate them from a description. Free includes up to 2 custom templates; Pro and Enterprise include unlimited templates.
Where is my data processed?
On EU servers; with Enterprise, audio never leaves your organisation.
Is my data used to train models?
We do not use your clinical data to train our AI models.
